HAIR REMOVAL

You have finally decided you want the convenience of smooth skin!
Great start, here's what to expect!

During Hair Removal we are targeting the melanocyte (bulb of the hair). A pulse will be given off the machine, the light is absorbed, converting into heat and will cause destruction to the target. This causes destruction to the dermal papilla/matrix cells and will cut the blood supply off to the hair, essentially reducing the growth of hair.
Many have described the treatment to feel similar to a rubber band flick and a comfortable experience.
Once your treatment has been performed a soothing gel will be applied to the treated area to help calm any inflammation.

SHR (SUPER HAIR REMOVAL)

SHR stands for Super Hair Reduction and is the latest innovation in hair reduction. When compared to traditional IPL, SHR is faster, easier and virtually quicker treatment times when it comes to larger areas. SHR is suitable for most skin types and favours dark hair colours most.

IPL & DUAL MODE

IPL and DUAL technology provides bulk heating to the bulb of the hair. This bulk heating process now lets us be able to treat clients with dark blonde, red and finer hair. Although this treatment is effective these clients may require more maintenance treatments to ensure we meet 80% reduction.

Although we would love to treat everyone with this treatment, we unfortunately cannot treat white, grey or strawberry blonde hair as there is not enough pigment within the hair and therefore treatment would be unsuccessful.
